People ask us; can’t I read a book on management objectives or attend a seminar for far less cost and get the same results? We believe any knowledge to help you build you business is valuable however the problem with books and seminars is that they are generic in nature. You end up reading the book or sitting in a session thinking, “How does this relate to my company, or worse, I am not sure this relates to me and my company”

So many seminars have a session relating “to thinking outside the box” Questions like what you do with a $5M advertising budget are fine if you have time to waste but our clients don’t have that kind of time and they certainly don’t have that kind of budgets.

We prefer to focus on questions that keep you in your box. We are all for expanding the box you have but our sessions are grounded in reality and we give realistic, practical ideas and answers to help you maximize profits and achieving growth objectives.


An example of thinking inside the box

What is the biggest hassle of about using or buying our product or service that people unnecessarily tolerate without knowing it? As a gasoline retailer, what is the biggest invisible hassle? One answer would be; having to go to the gas station.

The average car is only driven an average of 500 hours per year and spends 95% of the time parked in a garage or parking lot. What if a small tanker truck could visit your driveway or parking lot and fill any subscriber’s vehicle displaying a “please fill this car” flag. Would it work? Operational issues would have to be overcome. Ask any motorist at a self-serve gas pump while it is raining or snowing outside and see what they say.


Session Pricing

The fee for the one day management consulting session is $4,000. A company will pay a $1,500 reservation fee and then be given access to the preparation worksheets that are critical to the success of the session. A company will have 6 weeks to complete the worksheets and get them back to us for processing. If the company does not complete the worksheets with the six week timeframe, the reservation fee will be refunded.

Once the worksheets have been completed, the session will be set no later than two weeks from the completion date. The session will last a minimum of 8 hours. We ask that the session be conducted at an off-sight location where there are no distractions. The session is limited to the company’s 8 key people.

Once the session concludes for the day, we will conduct an assessment of the session with the members. We believe that the consensus of the members will be that there was at least $4,000 of additional profitability created; that there was at least $4,000 worth of increased productivity identified or simply that there was $4,000 of management training ideas that will translate into tens of thousands of dollars worth profitability for your company. If this is not the consensus of the company, then our firm will refund the full $4,000 management consulting session fee.
