EXPERIENCE
Mr. Pribramsky has extensive experience in accounting, tax
and business consulting matters. He has particular expertise
working with restaurant and lodging business operations and
financing and structuring of their related real estate holdings.
Additionally he has a great deal of experience with most family
business dealings and tax planning for high income and high
net worth individuals. Finally, Mr. Pribramsky has performed
numerous business valuations for a variety of purposes including
tax matters, corporate restructuring, as well as business acquisitions
and separation plans.

EDUCATION
Mr. Pribramsky received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
from Marquette University as well as a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance in
1983. He passed the IRS Enroll Agent’s exam in 2001.
