Pribramsky & Zuelch was founded May 1, 2000 as a result of the purchase of Velkovitz Accounting Services, who had been in business in Key West for more than 20 years. With a prestigious base of clients, Pribramsky & Zuelch began to implement a higher level of customer service coupled with long-term tax and financial planning for their clients. This innovative service, by Key West standards, resulted in the firm growing substantially in the years that followed.

In 2004, as a result of their client’s changing needs, the firm expanded its services far beyond Florida Keys accounting and tax preparation to include mortgage, investment banking and business brokerage services.

One of the firm’s greatest assets is its staff. Accounting Manger Kevin Zuelch has helped the partners continue with their hands-on approach to client service. Key West Office Manager, Christine Wissmann, has continued to refine client service by helping clients gather information for every facet of their financial life.

In 2008, Pribramsky & Zuelch expanded its Keys-wide locations with the purchase of an office in Marathon. The Marathon office was an ideal addition as the clientele was consistent with the accounting and consulting needs served by the firm’s other two offices. The Marathon accounting office is run by Tax Manager Dave Collins. Dave has lived in Marathon for more than 20 years, and he brings a wealth of accounting and business experience to the firm.

The firm continued to refine its technology and its “Green” initiatives, and all three offices became virtually paperless as of the end of 2008. In 2011, Pribramsky & Zuelch officially became a recognized business member of GLEE, Florida Keys' Green Living and Energy Education organization.

Most recently, Pribramsky & Zuelch has expanded with the opening of their Islamorada accounting office to continue offering professional financial and business planning services throughout the Florida Keys.
